With extensive certifications and mold & plumbing licenses, Zoltan brings a depth of technical expertise that enhances both service quality and operational efficiency. He actively trains his team, equipping them with the latest industry knowledge and best practices to maintain superior performance. Leading by example, he remains hands-on, especially during hurricane disasters, working alongside his team to provide immediate emergency response.

Zoltan's passion for excellence extends beyond restoration — he fosters a strong company culture built on teamwork, reliability, and customer care. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, practicing jiu-jitsu, and riding motorcycles.

With nearly 13 years at United Water Restoration, Tanya Fox brings a wealth of experience in sales and business development. Over the years, she's found her greatest passion in building strong, authentic relationships with both her team and clients. Tanya's approach to leadership has evolved into a focus on cultivating a company culture built on trust, respect, and teamwork — values that are at the heart of United Water's mission.

As Director of Business Development, Tanya thrives in a management role where she can not only drive growth but also ensure her team and partners can always rely on each other. Her dedication to serving others is what fuels her drive every day, whether it's in her professional life or personal commitments.

When she's not working, Tanya enjoys spending time outdoors with her three children and finds peace and excitement in the natural world, always looking for new ways to connect with nature.

Whitney Leline is an experienced Account Manager & Business Developer at United Water Restoration, specializing in building strong partnerships with tradesmen and property managers. With a decade of experience in plumbing operations, she brings a deep understanding of backend processes, allowing her to anticipate and exceed client expectations. Whitney leads dynamic training sessions to help industry professionals identify water damage and provide effective solutions, all while maintaining a transparent and engaging approach. Available 24/7, she ensures immediate response and seamless coordination for restoration projects, particularly for property managers handling complex, multi-unit damages. Known for her creativity, she customizes referral programs and organizes events, raffles, and charity initiatives to enhance community engagement and strengthen industry relationships.

Originally from Michigan, David Kays brings over 15 years of leadership in remediation operations at our Pompano location. With certifications in Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup (TCST), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and Fire & Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Dave has extensive expertise in biohazard cleanup, fire restoration, and the reconstruction industry as a whole.

Beyond his technical skills, Dave excels in building strong relationships with tradesmen, expanding his professional network, and ensuring seamless collaboration on every project. A dedicated sports fan, he proudly supports the Miami Dolphins, Detroit Red Wings, and Detroit Lions. When he's not on the job, you can find him out on his boat, enjoying weekends with his family & friends.

Born and raised in South Florida, Natalie brings over 10 years of experience in marketing and business development to her role as the South Florida Business Developer for United Water Restoration Group. With a strong foundation in both strategy and relationship-building, she is dedicated to delivering the highest level of customer service while guiding clients and partners through emergencies with a calm, seamless, and stress-free approach.

Known for her ability to think quickly and act decisively, she is a natural problem solver, creative thinker, and strategic partner who thrives in fast-paced environments.
